Professional Service Provisions
- Round-the-clock Support: Our experienced funeral directors and professional team are available 24/7 for telephone consultations and guidance whenever you need us.
- Regulatory Liaison: Comprehensive management of all statutory requirements and liaison with relevant authorities to secure the necessary permits for cremation.
- Documentation Management: Expert assistance with the completion and filing of all legal paperwork (please note that the family remains responsible for the formal Registration of Death).
- Professional Care & Conveyance: Transfer of the deceased into our care during standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding public holidays) within a 10-mile radius of our premises.
- Sanitary Treatment & Preservation: Professional preparation and temporary preservation (embalming) to ensure the dignified presentation of your loved one.
- Home Visitation: Transporting the deceased to the family residence for a final religious observance or ceremony within a 10-mile radius (available between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.).
- Procession to the Crematorium: Orchestrating the journey from the family home to the crematorium for a single-slot service (within a 10-mile radius).
- The Windsor Coffin: Provision of an elegant Oak-veneered coffin, complete with a delicate satin interior lining and coordinated gold-finished fittings.
- Ceremonial Transport: Provision of a traditional motor hearse for a dignified final journey to the crematorium.
